Recently, the NDRC announced the first list of key national private investment projects for 2024. A total of 12 projects from Shandong Province (excluding Qingdao) were selected, with the Hi-Tech Zone Xincai Integrated Circuit Packaging Substrate project being the only one from Zibo City to be included in the list.
