1、Responsible for the acceptance and calibration of BGA product lines.
2、Establish process parameters and optimal conditions for new products, new processes, and new materials in the assigned procedures.
3、Implement improvements and stability management for PQCD (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery) initiatives within the assigned procedures.
4、Manage and resolve production anomalies during the manufacturing process, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation within the assigned procedures.
5、Confirm equipment inspection and maintenance within the assigned procedures.
6、Oversee change management and the implementation of Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) within the assigned procedures.
7、Develop new technologies for the assigned procedures.
8、Complete and output product-related packaging research and development documents, including Bill of Materials (BOM), product drawings, process control specifications, etc.

1、Recent Ph.D. Graduates of 2024 (from 985 or 211 Universities)
2、Major Requirements: Chemistry, Materials Science (with research focus on ion deposition, ion implantation, and chemical vapor deposition preferred)
3、Qualifications Required:
(1) Honest and trustworthy, eager to learn, with no failing grades in major courses.
(2) Proficient in English, holding a certificate of CET-6 (College English Test Band 6) or above, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
(3) Experience with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) related experiments or internships.
(4) Comprehensive and solid grasp of fundamental knowledge, basic theories, and practical skills in chemistry and materials science.
(5) Strong innovative thinking and practical abilities, logical reasoning skills, and proficiency in learning, summarizing, and communicating.
